Where Do We Ship From?
We currently only ship within the USA from this website and as we have stock in multiple locations across the world, your parcel might be shipped from one of our international locations. Keep in mind we do try to ship from the closest location but all depends on stock levels. However, please note all import fees are included on our pricing.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer Standard Shipping within the United States only.
Your order will be shipped with either USPS or UPS, and you’ll receive a tracking number once it’s on the way.
Splash Blanket products: Flat rate of $9.99 USD per shipment *
Yoni Pleasure Palace products: Flat rate of $4.99 USD per shipment
*Bamboujee products: Alternate flat rate shipping applies due to the heavier weight of these blankets.

We always try to consolidate your order to minimize shipping costs.
However, if your order includes items stocked at different warehouses, separate shipping fees will apply.
Examples:

If you order multiple Splash Blanket products and they all ship from one warehouse → $9.99 total.

If your Splash Blanket products are stocked at two different warehouses → $9.99 × 2.

If you order one Splash Blanket product and one Yoni Pleasure Palace product → $9.99 + $4.99 = $14.98 total.

If you order multiple Yoni Pleasure Palace products that ship from different warehouses → $4.99 × 2, and so on.
Shipping fees are flat, all-inclusive, and cover door-to-door delivery.
There are no additional taxes, import duties, or hidden fees.
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy matters to us.
All parcels are shipped in discreet packaging without external branding.
The sender will appear as “Splash Blanket PTY LTD.”
Dispatch & Delivery Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
During busy periods or promotional sales, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier link (USPS or UPS).
It is your responsibility to monitor your delivery and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping fees will apply to resend it.
Order Changes & Cancellations
To ensure smooth fulfillment, we cannot modify orders once they’ve been processed.
If you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at
hello@splashblanket.com using the subject line:
[Your Order Number] – URGENT SHIPPING ADDRESS UPDATE
We’ll do our best to update it before dispatch, but once the parcel has shipped, you’ll need to contact the carrier directly.
Return to Sender Parcels
If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, you’ll be responsible for the re-shipping cost.
If you no longer wish to receive your order, a store credit (minus return shipping fees) will be issued once the parcel is received back at our warehouse.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Order
We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
